Fire Hall Gallery in Charle Town, WV

 Tuesday Morning AHA Colorist

Every Tuesday morning at 9:30 AM a group of watercolor artist get together to draw and paint at the Firehall Gallery.
They advise and assist each other when asked, and new techniques are demonstrated. The number of artist varies from 5 to 10.

AHA! Scribes
AHA is looking for writers to join the AHA! Scribes, a creative writers’ group. They meet at 7 pm every second and fourth Monday at the Fire Hall Gallery.

AHA! Scribes is open to everyone 18 years or older, who consider themselves to be writers or want one day to become a writer and who may want to sharpen their writing skills. Free and open to the public. The group leader is George Seffers, and can be contacted at George.Seffers@ngc.com

 

Jefferson County Photography Club
The Jefferson County Photography Club works exclusively with still photography (film prints, black and white, and digital), currently consists of 16 members (mostly novices). The Charles Town Visitors Center Fire Hall Gallery serves as the meeting place every second Tuesday at 7 pm. Club activities have already included photo contests; presentations; topic discussions; image critiques; field trips; a gallery showing; specialized, photography classes and, of course, the continuous exchange of valuable information and ideas regarding photography. Members are also looking forward to community photo shoots, historical shoots and youth education programs.
